Mrs. Teresa Lynn Johnson

February 9, 1959 - June 5, 2017

*Teresa Lynn Johnson born on February 9, 1959 to Frank Ware, Jr. and Magnolia E. Bodley in Kalamazoo Michigan. Teresa met the love of her life Craig Lafayette Johnson at Central Michigan University, where Teresa was a founding Sigma Love of the Phi Beta Sigma Organization. Eventually, they were united in holy matrimony and their union lasted over thirty-four years. They built a loving life filled with joy. Their life took them across the United States and abroad through military service, later settling in Kalamazoo to raise their family. Teresa was a loving, dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother, a devoted Christian and a member of The Church of Christ for over forty years. As a faithful servant, Teresa sang in the choir, served as the church secretary, and lead the church youth group as its director. Teresa helped spread the Lord's word to as many people as she could through her life examples. Teresa was an avid reader and was very passionate about her family. Teresa Lynn Johnson made her transition from this earthly home to her heavenly home on Monday, June 5, 2017.
